Todd Caldwell is the managing shareholder of Caldwell Sherman PC and practices in the areas of real estate, natural resources, and energy law, with extensive experience as both an attorney and landman. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, where he was a member of the Energy Law Journal.

He represents individuals, partnerships, and companies of all sizes specializing in transactions relating to the development, operation, acquisition and divestiture of energy and mineral properties. His practice includes title examination and curative, and the preparation of acquisition, drilling and division order title opinions.
Todd is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming, and is the former Chair of the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and former President of the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers. He has written several articles on real estate, natural resources, and energy related topics.
